Nirvana Labs November 2025 Roundup

Building the Performance Cloud for Web3

November was a fast, infrastructure-driven month! We refreshed our introduction, strengthened our control plane, launched with high-throughput networks - Monad, published a research write up on subgraph failures and met dozens of teams across Devconnect.
Here’s what moved:

A Proper Refresher

This month we published a full refresher thread reintroducing Nirvana Labs and summarizing our evolution from high-performance RPC nodes to a complete performance cloud for Web3, outlining how compute, networking, and storage now come together as one crypto-optimized environment built for the most demanding workloads.

Monad Mainnet Leading Infra Partner

We are proud to serve as a leading infrastructure partner powering the RPC foundation behind Monad’s mainnet launch. This work included deploying a dedicated archive node cluster on custom bare-metal, maintaining a snapshot layer for clean restores, and operating everything in a node-level colocated environment that enables eRPC to route requests with minimal latency.

Control Plane Upgrades

We shipped three improvements that make Nirvana smoother and easier to operate at scale:

  • API and Dashboard Pagination Keeps performance consistent for large deployments.
  • Terraform Data Sources for All Resources Enables cleaner automation and more scalable infrastructure-as-code workflows.
  • Dashboard Command Menu (⌘ + K) Provides instant navigation for teams operating multi-chain infrastructure.

These upgrades move us closer to a unified, Web3-native cloud environment.

Research Drop: Why Subgraphs Break

We published an explainer “Subgraphs Are Breaking Across Web3: Why It Happens and What to Do.”

Key takeaway: subgraphs are not the bottleneck. They fail because the infrastructure underneath them cannot keep up with modern chain speeds.

Solution: Bare metal compute + node-level colocation remains the only reliable model for high-throughput indexing today.

Ecosystem Engagement

November was a high-engagement month across the ecosystem.

Devconnect Argentina
Our CPTO Akram met dozens of teams at Devconnect Argentina who were exploring dedicated RPC nodes, bare-metal colocation, VMs, and private networking. The focus throughout the week was simple: making their infrastructure faster.

Pharos AMA
We joined the Pharos AMA “Tokenize Everything? The Infrastructure RWA Needs Now,” where the discussion covered the blockers to full RWA tokenization, the liquidity and compliance layers being built, and how legal engineering links smart contracts to real-world rights. ICYMI, check out the recap here.

What’s Coming in December

We are ending the year strong.
December is a busy month with another major part of the stack shipping as we move closer to the complete compute, storage, and networking foundation. We are also supporting additional mainnet expansions, launching the refreshed Nirvana website, releasing new latency research, and publishing upcoming case studies.

We continue building the Web3-native cloud from the metal up.
