Aori: The Universal Intent Layer on Stargate

Aori powers crosschain trading with an intent-based system that turns the entire flow into a real-time experience:

Users submit intents → solvers compete → liquidity moves instantly → settlement finalizes in seconds.

Execution speed directly impacts user experience and solver pricing.
The faster the engine, the tighter the quotes, the better the UX — and the more volume the system can support.

How Nirvana's Cloud Fits In

Aori needed infrastructure that could keep up : fast RPC, real-time execution, and minimal network hops all in one environment. Generic cloud wasn’t designed for this.

Aori began on Nirvana with dedicated RPC nodes, but as routing volume surged, tests quickly showed their DEX router needed to live right beside those nodes to reach true Fast Swaps performance. So they moved from hyperscalers to Nirvana’s bare-metal colocation, placing routing and RPC in the same environment.

Once colocated, everything accelerated: multi-chain expansion happened in weeks, node pools scaled from single nodes to production-grade clusters, and high-availability load balancers prepped the system for zero-day chain launches.

How Nirvana x AORI cut latency

Solvers price every trade around three core risks: finality, slippage, and volatility. The longer it takes for an intent to hit the chain, the larger each of those risks becomes and the worse the price users receive.

Aori’s entire system is designed to shrink that latency window to the smallest possible footprint. That only works when the routing engine and RPC nodes run side-by-side in the same high-performance environment, free from public-internet jitter and unpredictable hops.
