Nirvana Labs 2025 Year-In-Review
2025 was a real turning point for Nirvana.
We moved beyond fast RPCs and into building a real cloud platform for Web3 — one that brings compute, storage, networking, and orchestration together in a way that actually works for production systems.
Here’s everything we built, scaled, and shipped this year.
Company
This was the year Nirvana stepped into its next phase of growth.

We closed a $6M funding round led by Crucible Capital and Jump Crypto, bringing total funding to $11.8M. This fuels our mission to build a purpose-built cloud for blockchain workloads and help teams diversify away from hyperscalers.
We achieved SOC 2 Type II, giving customers a verified standard of security, reliability, and operational controls expected from enterprise-grade cloud platforms.
To meet rising demand and scale the platform, we expanded leadership with industry veterans:
- April Wong – CMO (Crypto.com, SushiSwap)
- Karun Kallakuri – Head of Infrastructure (Citadel, Optiver, HPC)
- Rick Davis – Head of Nodes (Verizon, Figment, Dell)
- Tim Ebeling – Head of Customer Success (Microsoft, Uber, crypto-native)
Together, these milestones reflect our ambition to grow into the Performance Cloud for Web3.
Product: Completing the Cloud Stack
2025 was the year Nirvana moved from nodes → cloud, rebuilding a Web3 cloud from the metal up to remove latency at every layer.

Compute: High-Performance, Node-Level Colocation
We expanded to 11 private data centers and introduced dedicated bare-metal compute in private racks, giving teams deterministic, low-latency performance without the cost or complexity of building their own on-prem environments.
Our lightweight hypervisor now lets teams spin up high-performance VMs directly next to their dedicated RPC nodes, so node-dependent workloads can run in the same physical environment as the nodes themselves. This is the core advantage: real-time execution with no extra network hops, something hyperscalers and general RPC vendors simply can’t offer.
Storage: Accelerated Block Storage (ABS)(Coming soon)
ABS is our high-performance, crypto-tuned block storage built for always-hot blockchain data with sustained IOPS, designed to keep chain workloads fast, responsive, and always available, without the limits of traditional cloud storage.
Coming in Jan 2026.
Networking: Nirvana Connect

We fully launched Nirvana Connect, our private internet layer that moves traffic off the public web and onto dedicated fiber. Teams get predictable low-latency routing between Nirvana and AWS/GCP, while eliminating egress fees entirely on the Nirvana side.
Latency-sensitive workloads gain stable throughput, better security, and reliable cross-cloud performance without depending on congested public networks.
NKS: Nirvana Kubernetes Service (Coming soon)
We continued building NKS, our Web3-tuned orchestration layer for validators, sequencers, indexers, and intent engines. It offers automated deployments via Terraform and SDKs, integrated observability, and health checks designed around blockchain behavior. Set to be announced in Q1 2026.
Nodes: Nirvana Managed RPC
Our node platform expanded to 90+ supported networks, all running on dedicated bare-metal hardware. Teams depend on Nirvana for ultra-fast RPC, zero-day deployment via Node Playbooks, and built-in HA routing.
We also became a leading infrastructure provider for Monad, running archive and RPC infrastructure optimized for large blocks, high-throughput execution, and heavy trace demand.
Network
This year, we scaled the Nirvana platform to support 90+ blockchain networks, adding ecosystems including RISE, IOTA, Somnia, Corn, Kaia, Monad and Stable.

On Monad, we became the leading infrastructure provider in partnership with eRPC, running full archive nodes from genesis and supporting high-throughput RPC workloads from day one. As one of the earliest teams able to operate archive infrastructure at scale, we helped enable real production usage on a network built for extreme performance and parallel execution.
This positions Nirvana as the default home for performance-sensitive nodes and RPC across next-generation L1s and L2s, where throughput, latency, and data intensity truly matter, and where infrastructure must be deeply customizable and backed by a 100% SLA.
Partnership Highlights
Aori × Nirvana
Aori powers sub-second cross-chain swaps with Nirvana’s low-latency cloud.
Aori’s high-frequency intent engine depends on ultra-fast settlement and deterministic execution. By migrating its DEX router to Nirvana, Aori unlocked the performance required to operate at true HFT speeds. Nirvana provides high-performance RPC, node-level colocation, and private networking to support this workload at scale.
Metrics
• $450M+ processed in the first 60 days
• <800ms cross-chain execution
• <4s average end-to-end settlement
Goldsky × Nirvana
Goldsky achieves 5× faster real-time indexing with Nirvana’s node-level colocation.
Goldsky runs its most performance-critical indexing and data workloads on Nirvana to achieve deterministic compute and ultra-low-latency access. With massive always-hot datasets, Nirvana enables real-time search and analytics that public cloud infrastructure cannot sustain.
Metrics
• 5× faster trace performance
• <5ms RPC latency
• ~100TB of hot chain data served at low latency
Optimism Superchain × Nirvana
Unified RPC infrastructure for the Superchain.
The Optimism Foundation relies on Nirvana to provide standardized, production-grade RPC across the Superchain. Nirvana supports OP Stack networks with high-throughput capacity, multi-region redundancy, and consistent performance for developers and ecosystem partners.
Metrics
• 19 OP Stack networks supported
• <90ms global RPC latency
• Zero-day deployment via custom provisioning workflows (on the way)
Monad × Nirvana
Monad’s first full historical archive runs on Nirvana.
Nirvana operates the only full archive node for Monad, built from genesis and optimized for high-throughput execution. This infrastructure enables real production usage by supporting deep historical queries, trace workloads, and ecosystem tooling from day one.
Metrics
• 100% uptime across archive, full nodes, and replay workers
• 30+ dApps supported via unified eRPC access
• Custom 60TB NVMe architecture purpose-built for historical workloads
Across all partnerships, we now serve 50+ performance-driven clients, including Aori, BitGo, Chainlink, Fireblocks, Nansen, RedStone, Goldsky, and Keyrock.
Marketing
We showed up where it mattered - Devconnect Argentina, Solana Breakpoint, RWA panel, podcasts, and multi-cloud conversations, pushing the narrative that decentralization starts at the infrastructure layer, not just on-chain.
Next, we’re turning that momentum into action with new formats and a more coordinated go-to-market across product, partnerships, and content.
2025: Nirvana by the Numbers
- $6M funding round co-led by Crucible Capital and Jump Crypto
- 11 data centers across the US, Europe, and APAC
- 2,000+ TB of blockchain data under management
- 90+ networks supported
- 50+ clients across wallets, indexers, RWA infra, and trading systems
What’s Next: 2026
2026 is when Nirvana becomes a full cloud platform for performance-critical workloads. Storage (ABS) and Orchestration (NKS) are coming soon, completing a true full-stack cloud.
Full cloud. Full control.
Stay tuned.
